1) GENERAL INFORMATION

The following regulations apply for all orders on this website.

2) ORDERING & CONTRACT

All services on this website are not-binding offers from Dancecouture Strauss, until you receive an order confirmation for you order via e-mail.

​

You can add all articles you wish to buy to the cart and also delete articles which you do not want to buy. The contract is created by the customer when using the Checkout button.

​

3) CONTRACT LANGUAGE

The contract language is english

4) SHIPPING & RETURNS

At present Dancecouture Strauss only send goods within Austria and to Germany. I plan to add further countries to my services in the future. If however you have a special request please contact me your requirements.

The shipping costs are not included in the price. You can see the shipping costs in your cart.

If the delivery country is not in the EU there may be customs costs which have to be paid by the customer themselves to the responsible authority. 

 

Delivery time is within 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated.

As I am offering customized articles, they cannot be returned unless faulty. Please write me at contact.me@dancecouture-strauss.at if you are not happy with your order. I will try to do my best, finding a solution for you.

Please check all measurements prior to purchasing. And consider that I can not guarantee that the colours of the colour cards you see on the website will be accurate, because the colour you see is dependent on your computer monitor.

I can not cover postage for any returns, as I do not want to charge all my customers a flat fee for potentially returns.

5) PRICES

All prices are without tax according to §6 (1) Z 27 UstG

I offer you following options, credit card, Klarna and PayPal.

7) MEASUREMENTS AND SIZING

Articles will be made to the measurements supplied. Dancecouture Strauss take no responsibility for incorrect measurements. Please check my measurement guide before measuring. Check all measurements prior to purchasing.

8) COLOURS

Consider that I can not guarantee that the colours of the colour cards you see on the website will be accurate, because the colour you see is dependent on your computer monitor.

Dancecouture Strauss take no responsibility for colour deviations between the colour card and the fabric colour of your article. A colour deviation is no reason for any complaint as it is no defect of the article.

This privacy policy sets out how Dancecouture Strauss uses and protects any information that you give me when you use this website.

Dancecouture Strauss is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If I request that you supply certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

  • Demographic information such as postcode.

  • Measurements

I require this information to create your costume and deliver it to you.  I also may use this information for the following- ​

Be assured that my online shop is entirely secure, that no card details are held anywhere at any time unencrypted and that any personal details given to me to process your order are held in confidence under the laws of data protection.

 

I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless I am required by law to do so. 

You may request details of personal information which I hold about you. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email me.
