SHIPPING

At present Dancecouture Strauss only sends goods within Austria and to Germany. I plan to add further countries to my services in the future. If however you have a special request please contact me with your requirements.

The shipping cost are not included in the price.

Austria € 5,-

Germany € 10,-

Delivery time is within 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS

As I am offering customized articles, they cannot be returned unless faulty. Please write to me at contact.me@dancecouture-strauss.at if you are not happy with your order. I will try to do my best, finding a solution for you.

Please check all measurements prior to purchasing and consider that I can not guarantee that the colours of the colour cards you see will be accurate, because the colour you see is dependent on your computer monitor.

I can not cover postage for any returns, as I do not want to charge all my customers a flat fee for potentially returns.
