At present Dancecouture Strauss sends goods within Austria and to germany. I plan to add further countries to my services in the future. If however you have a special request please contact me with your requirements.

The shipping cost are not included in the price.

Austria € 6,-

Germany € 10,-

Delivery time is within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the goods. To exercise this right, a clear statement (e.g., via email) is sufficient.

Please write me at contact.me@dancecouture-strauss.at if you are not happy with your order. I will try to do my best, finding a solution for you.

Please check all your details before purchasing and consider that I cannot guarantee that the colours of the pictures you see on the website will be accurate, because the colour you see is dependent on your computer monitor.

I can not cover postage for any returns, as I do not want to charge all my customers a flat fee for potentially returns.
